Virtual Ketamine Support (Currently full, please check back in January 2026)

Ketamine Support could be worth considering for challenges that have been especially difficult to shift with other healing modalities. Trauma-informed somatic coaching and the psychedelic effects of ketamine may be supportive with conditions like:

  • Feeling stuck
  • Long-standing treatment-resistant depression
  • Trauma-related challenges
  • Grief/Loss
  • Anxiety

What is Ketamine:

  • Ketamine was originally used in hospital rooms as an anesthetic.
  • It is a legal, safe and effective medicine used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD.
  • Ketamine has rapidly acting antidepressant and mood-enhancing effects, which can begin to take effect within 1-2 hrs. of taking the medication.
  • It can allow formation of new synaptic connections and boost neural circuits that regulate stress and mood.
  • Ketamine has also been shown to enhance overall neuroplasticity (i.e., more malleability, connections, and growth in the brain) – allowing new habits and new ways of being to form and stick more easily for lasting symptom improvement.

How does it work?

  • If we decide to work together, the process will include a medical intake, preparation sessions, virtual ketamine support, and integration sessions.
  • You will have a medical intake with a prescriber to determine eligibility and dosage.
  • Our preparation sessions are trauma-informed coaching sessions where we will discuss: any concerns and/or questions you have, what the Ketamine support process will look like, any rituals and intentions that may be supportive.
  • We will check in and start with some grounding practices that we have discussed in the preparation sessions and feel helpful for you in the moment.
  • Each Ketamine session will happen over a 3-hour period virtually. The ketamine will be self-administered orally via lozegenes. The effects of the Ketamine should last about 40-60 minutes.
  • You will likely be sitting/lying down with an option to use an eye mask and we will play soothing music to support your journey.
  • I’ll be present virtually and available to help you explore your inner experience however you need.
  • Integration sessions will make space for processing your experiences after your journey. We will explore insights, inquiries, and putting into practice things you have learned and/or would like to continue working on moving forward.
  • Ketamine is most effective done in a series. 6-8 dosing sessions are recommended to gain the most benefit. This can vary depending on each person’s receptivity and response to the medicine.
  • Though preparation and integration sessions will occur weekly, you’ll always be empowered to decide when you’re ready for a ketamine session or whether you wish to slow down or stop the sessions.
