50-min Private Somatic Coaching Workshop
Explore simple somatic practices to self regulate and feel more grounded and calm. Learn how trauma affects the brain and body when stressed and ways to feel more settled.

- Help you become more empowered in your healing process.
- Equip you with tools that are helpful in your daily life.
The most significant overall change I have noticed has been an improvement in my relationships and in my daily life. Noticing what’s “good” for me and taking steps towards it. I have acceptance of the different parts of myself rather than feeling ashamed or guilty about them (which is part of a cycle I have with my partner). The work we did paired really well with couples therapy. I would recommend my coach to anyone who has experienced stress or trauma in their lives and it’s affected themselves and their relationships.
